Use Means
Unwrap a CCD SWAB, Using one side of the swab gently wipe CCD or CMOS across the full length of the CCD or CMOS in one continuous movement. 
Repeat the process by using other side of the swab, Now the CCD or CMOS is cleaned successfully

Remarks:

Open one separated bag at one time to avoid contaminating spare swabs.
It is suggested that one CCD swab one time use in case secondary contamination.
