FilmMaker Steadicam ProIII use lightweight modular design with carbon fiber materials and enhance durability of the equipment itself, equipment body weight weighs only 1200 grams, an effective solution for prevented videographers from holding for long time use.

Camera base plate is designed of XY axis adjustment. First, release the red thumbscrew at the right side of base plate, You can quickly completed Y axis adjustment by using left screw to control your DSLR move forth or back ; then, lucking the red thumbscrew for fix the base plate & DSLR, you just need to use the screw behind the red thumbscrew to control X axis adjustment. The screw for x axis is designed independently, so that you can easily adjust without move your DSLR! There is a scale feet on the left side of base plate, which you can remember the balance location for next time.

The rod of the steadicam can spread out from 60cm to 120cm by the second red thumbscrew; even you can use it as a tripod when you are tired. 

The capacity Range of around 1-6 kg. We provide total 1.2 kg clump weight (2 pieces of 200g clump weight and 2 pieces of 400g clump weight) for balance, if the length from top of lever to the handle is 20cm, and the length from handle to the bottom is 100cm, according to the lever principle, steadicam ProIII can support 1.2kg X (100cm/20cm)=1.2kg X 5=6kgs weights of DSLR.

If you want to use more heavy DSLR, you just need to buy 2 more pieces of 400g clump weight to make total weight is 1.6kg to reach capacity of around 8 kg. Moreover, you can use monitor instead of clump weight of front, and use 2 pieces of 400g clump weight on the other side to balance. DE Steadicam ProIII is suitable for DSLR even the DV Cam as Sony HSR-NX5N or PMW-EX3.
